Serving Our Service Member Families needs the support of volunteers from all across the
Commonwealth. Please fill out the form below and our office will contact you with the
information to partner with organizations, businesses, and/or community groups in your
area that are currently working with our program.
Please note that any information submitted to Serving Our Service Member Families is not shared
with outside sources except for specific, registered businesses and/or community service
organizations who are verified by the Office of the First Lady and who fulfill the specific military family request for service. We do
not share our information to non-registered entities.
